Frontier is a band from Kentucky whose unique sound has its roots in rock and roll. These award-winning singer/songwriters perform originals from their albums, as well as soft rock and traditional country covers. “Love Is on Your Side,” an original written by band member Andrew Worley for their first album “Longer Roads,” was selected as one of the top five songs of the month by the worldwide songwriting organization SongwriterUniverse. Their latest album “This Dream” is a collection of heartfelt, relatable songs that range from ballads to rock and roll. For this project, they worked with Jef Powell, a multi-Platinum award winning engineer and producer who has worked with notable artists, including OAR and The Fray. “Come on In,” an original from “This Dream,” topped the Balcony TV charts at #2 in the world.
Musical talent runs in their family, so it seemed natural for them to come together as a band. Two brothers and a cousin, Ethan Worley, Andrew Worley, and Caleb Caudill grew up together listening to bands and great performers of earlier decades. Inspired by this classic sound, they quickly began writing and performing songs with a depth of meaning and musical skill far beyond their years. Their music is a fusion of the classic style of days gone by with their own modern, creative touches to produce a refreshing new sound that spans generations and genres. Audiences are drawn to their tight, three-part harmony. They perform both acoustic and electric shows. Dave Grigsby, a talented drummer from their hometown, joins them for their electric sets.
Frontier has performed at a wide variety of venues across their area. They performed at the 2015 Kentucky Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. They have appeared on KET television programming several times and have had the honor of opening for such musical talents as Restless Heart and Exile.
The members of Frontier are sincere, genuine, and truly talented musicians and songwriters who have a passion for what they do. They write and perform honest songs that are good, clean, and about real life. They have a message to tell in song, and they are excited to share it with the world.
