Erin Ott

Smoky Mountains Songwrigers Festival, Erin Ott, Songwriter, SMSWF, Gatlinburg, TNErin Ott is a 14-year-old country singer. She has competed at the North American Country Music International’s (NACMAI) Country Music Week 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 in Pigeon Forge. In 2014, 2016, and 2017, she claimed modern country Female Entertainer of the Year in her age category, 2017 Duo of the Year,. In 2014 and 2016, Female Vocalist of the Year. In March 2015, she claimed Classic Country Female Vocalist of the Year and Female Entertainer of the year. She has won many other awards such as regional competitions with the Smoky Mountain Country Music Association, where she won recording time with Simms Records, 1st place Mountain Soul Competition 2013, 2015, and 2016 at the Blooming Bluegrass Festival in Sevierville. She recorded her first single in Nashville in October 2013, “If the Heart is Right” written by award winning songwriter John Condrone, at Hilltop Studios in Nashville. It has been released, and playing on Medusa Radio out of the Netherlands, where it is being played in over 150 countries, and she has been in the top 10 twice in one month since the first of February 2015. That same song is being played in rotation on www.bestcountryradio.com out of Nashville, Clay’s Country Radio, and Sherry Lynn’s Radio. She has appeared on the famous Laura Dodd’s Video Jukebox, and sings at many area venues in Knoxville, Maryville, Gatlinburg, and Nashville. She is a regular on the Ciderville TV Show and the live Ciderville Show on Saturday nights, and often performing with David West and the Ciderville gang on local venues around the area, including the recent Ken Schwall’s retirement at the Tennessee Theatre. She has also performed for many events for mayors and congressmen. She loves to write music, and is a member of the Knoxville Songwriter’s Association.
